Anomaly Scan
Samples the whole clip and pins every statistical outlier as a labeled bookmark: sudden brightness flashes or darkenings, and movement that appears with no buildup. It finds when something unexplained happens — each pin says which signal tripped and how strongly (z-score). Judging what it was is up to you; nothing here can identify a cause.
